Terms of Service - YOUR TRUST.AE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the YOUR TRUST.AE platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

YOUR TRUST.AE provides an AI-powered SaaS platform including but not limited to: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), AI Workforce automation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Digital Marketing tools.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE federal laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

4. Payment Terms

All paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by UAE law.

Free trials are available for new users. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by YOUR TRUST.AE and are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated outputs from the Service are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before relying on them.

6. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable GCC data protection regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

YOUR TRUST.AE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
We are not responsible for any AI-generated outputs or decisions made based on them

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved through our support team.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts. The official language of proceedings shall be English.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
